About Me
Hi, I'm Mina. Former academic who taught at top universities and conservatories, published author, trained pianist, mom — and yes, I once consulted on Disney princesses. I built a career on rigorous analysis. Then my marriage fell apart, and I realized rigorous analysis was exactly what nobody was bringing to the question of why smart, successful women keep ending up with the wrong men.
On paper, my life looked perfect. But my marriage? A dysfunctional mess, almost from the start.
When I finally left, I did what academics do — I studied the problem and consulted experts. Got relationship coaching. Got certified as a hypnotherapist. Consumed every book, podcast, and research paper I could find. And I cracked the code.
What I learned surprised me.
High-achieving women like us aren't failing at love because we're too successful or too intimidating. We're failing because we're shrinking ourselves — playing small, shapeshifting, doing all the emotional labor for men who aren't even showing up.
I did it for years. My clients were doing it too.
So I built a practice around helping women stop. I use hypnotherapy to heal the subconscious wounds driving those patterns, then give them the practical dating strategy most therapists skip. Most coaches do one or the other. The work happens in the both/and.
These days?
I help women show up fully — ambition, success, intelligence, all of it. I teach them to intimidate him (seriously). To find partners who are worthy of them, not projects to fix.

AND there's work to do — the kind that quiets the part of you that keeps choosing the wrong men, the part that shrinks in the room, the part that wonders if you're just too much.
